This threaded replacement wand will require you to cut 8/32" fine threads in your original controller. Your OEM mirror controller is made of a very soft metal so one can often install these as "self tapping".1967 and 1968 are different, see comparison picture. The 1968 version was rounded off due to new safety standards. The mirror nut tool will fit over the 1967 wand, but not the 1968.

New replacement J-nut or they are sometimes called U-nuts. These clip into those square holes in the fender aprons for fastening the fenders on 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. These clips are 5/8 inches from the hole center to folded edge. We also see the same clips with 27/32 inch spacing for fender mounting. Numerous other uses, we find this clip on the hidden headlight buckets on 1967-68 Cougar and XR7's.

Concours correct dipsticks for 1967 - 1969 big block engines. These are exact reproductions of the originals with the proper length and oil level for these big block FE's. They have all of the correct markings including the Ford part number and recommended oil weight. Each dipstick is finished with a show quality chrome handle capped with the correct plastic plug. C7ZZ-5482-B This is a factory used front sway bar. This is the same size 3/4 inch diameter as the 289 and 302 sway bar but has a slight difference in the bends for the 1967 390-4V or 6.5Liter engines. This bar was factory identified with a One-Yellow and One-Blue paint stripe. This factory used front sway bar, does not include any mounting brackets or end link kits.

C3AZ-4730-B Rubber bumper that mounts to the metal axle snubber on Ford nine inch rear ends on 1967 - 1970 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. Good used part with solidly mounted metal threaded stud. Pinion bumper. The casting number seen on the 67-68 is C3AA-4906-C, this version has fine threads. The version most often seen on the 69-70 is C9OA-4906-A. It will have a coarse threaded mounting stud. Two of these were used on certain 1967 Shelby Mustangs with traction bars.

This white plastic spacer fits into the back of the right hand inner knob on cars without factory fader or balance. We think that this jumper or adapter wiring lead, was used in 1967 when the Neutral safety switch changed from two separate plugs to a single square 4 combination plug. There could have been an overlap where the plug from the firewall to the 14401 main under dash harness changed to the single square 4 combination plug. We have also observed the two separate neutral safety switch plugs plugged directly into the updated square 4 plug. 

Tall style filter for C4 transmissions.  Fits all Ford C4 transmissions for any 1966-73 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with that W code C-4 transmission.
