Used steering wheel tension spring used in the tilt / tilt away steering column found in the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. One required per car. Correct for any 1967-73 Ford product with a tilt or fixed column. The repros are fine, but the end knob is distinctly different. Extremely difficult part to find in NOS form and very sought after.
