Since we always claim to have parts nobody else does... This welds to the bottom side of the car just above the differential. When the rear suspension bottoms out, this is the plate the rubber snubber / bumper (mounted on the front on top of the dif.) makes contact with.

The High tone is indicated in raised letters located on the perimeter of the horn. Hot idle compensator valve assembly for many Ford engines with PCV, starting in 1964 through early 1968. Typically found on 1964-66 Ford 260-2V, and 289-2 engines with air conditioning. 1967-68 289-2V, 302-2V and some 390 engines all with air conditioning and PCV or closed emissions. The Ford assembly manual indicates that the Hot Idle Compensator Valve 'T' Assembly, was installed by removing 3/4 inches of the PCV hose, 2-1/4 inches (on center of the PCV valve). This plate attaches the 3/8" steel fuel line under the driver's side rear torque box, as it makes its way from the rear frame rail out to the rocker area. It acts both as a mount and as a protector from road debris. These were used on late 1967 to 1968 Cougars and Mustang with the 3/8" fuel line. Early 1967 cars had smaller 5/16" fuel line, and different routing (through the transmission tunnel), and did not use this part. Mounting bolts included.

"Premium" firewall pad for your 67 - 68 Cougar or Mustang. It's "premium" in the sense that it's more expensive. The main difference between this and the "economy" version is that it has a layer of foil inside, which helps with heat insulation. However, the total thickness is actually a little less than the economy version. This may make it easier to install, along with the included hard plastic clips (unlike the rubber originals). Used ash tray for the 1967 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This unit will come as taken from a Western parts car. Original FoMoCo construction, built to last. There is a slight difference between the 1967 and 1968 dash openings for these ashtrays. This 1967 ashtray painted face, measures 7-1/8 inches long. The 1968 version is 6-13/16 inches long measured with a flexible ruler.Replaces Ford part # C7ZB-6504810.

Used metal dash support brace for all 1967-68 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. Fastens to the lower flange of the metal dash panel and attaches to the inner cowl, 8-1/2 inches long. Viewed in the 1967 Osborn Body Assembly Manual on page 23. Replaces Ford part numbers C7ZB-6504672 or C7ZZ-6504672-A.

This knob set differs from the set used later in 1967 only in that the outer knob has a lower profile head. Keep in mind we have reproduction knobs that will work in place of these.
