These 1969 molded vinyl, single post head rests were never offered on a Cougar or Mustang to our knowledge but they make a great "go-around" for the very expensive 1968 dual post headrests. To use them on your 1968 Cougar you will first need a pair of 1969 bucket seats as they have the internal hardware to accept the post. 1968 was a weak design so the 1969 seat frame is a nice upgrade and of course will accept any of the 1968 foam and interior kits. The bench seat brackets are slightly different than the bucket seat brackets. Our premium grade used tracks are carefully inspected for damage before shipping. Most likely you will have to paint but rest assured we do not sell heavily rusted tracks. One set is enough to do one seat, mounting hardware is sold separate. Reproduction bolts and washers for the manual transmission bell housing on any 1967-68 Cougar or Mustang equipped with a 289 / 302 engines and either 3 or 4 speed manual stick shift transmissions. Bell housing to engine block bolts. Fits most all other Ford small block V-8's from 1967-68.

Replacement U-nut or clip for any 1967-70 Mercury Cougar trunk lid. These slide into the bottom of the trunk lid for attaching the hinges. Correct 5/16-18 threads, 7/8" from center of hole to edge. 4 total per trunk lid, sold individually.

Installation kit for the fastening the new reproduction deck lids to the trunk hinges on the 67 - 70 Mercury Cougar. The reproduction deck lids don't come with the J nuts installed and we've found this set to be a perfect fit.

This screw / stud seems to always be missing. This screw is just a little longer than stock to accommodate installing the Hi-Po air cleaner. Fits most Autolite carburetors. Size: 4 1/8 inches length 1/4-20 X 5/16-18 threads. Check your thread size on the carburetor, we think that starting in 1969 the Autolite 4300 carburetors had 1/4-20 threads.
