Concours correct Autolite spark plug wires for any 1968 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with 289 or 302 engines. Black wires with 'Autolite', 'radio resistance', cylinder numbers individually imprinted, and dated 2Q67 (second quarter 1967) on the 7mm wires. Black spark plug boots on this set.

Pretty good...

These wires look great and original, and I love how they are marked 1-8 to make things easier. However, I had some issues with the rubber boots being molded too far over the wire ends, making it difficult to connect them to the distributor & spark plugs. Also, the lengths of the wires don't make sense... for instance, the wire for the #1 cylinder is longer than the one for #4. What the?? You'd think that a set of plug wires made for a specific application would have perfect lengths for a neat and tidy look under the hood.... not the case with these. Maybe they are mis-printed and I need to switch them around, but that would cause confusion later...
