Because different parts degrade at different rates, there are variances in what the letters represent, please see the products description for details about the condition of any particular product.
A = Excellent / Above Average
B = Average / Some flaws / Good to Excellent Driver Quality
C = Obvious flaws / Poor to Average Driver Quality
D, E, F = Worse, Worser, Worsest
The Mustang and Cougar have identical consoles for the 1971 - 1973 model years. This is a premium quality bezel that houses the clock and surrounds the manual or automatic shifter. They are available in black or natural finish, if you have a color other than black you will want to select "Natural Finish"(click on smaller image too see natural finish). The natural finish is actually black as well but not the "correct gloss" of black. We recommend SEM brand plastic and vinyl paint, available at automotive paint supply stores. Make sure and click onto the image three times for full magnification, you will be impressed with the detail!
