The Mustang and Cougar have identical consoles for the 1971 - 1973 model years. This is a premium quality bezel that houses the clock and surrounds the manual or automatic shifter. They are available in black or natural finish, if you have a color other than black you will want to select "Natural Finish"(click on smaller image too see natural finish). The natural finish is actually black as well but not the "correct gloss" of black. We recommend SEM brand plastic and vinyl paint, available at automotive paint supply stores.
