Vacuum tested working hot water valve for Mercury Cougars and Ford Mustangs equipped with factory A/C. This valve stops the flow of warm coolant when the A/C is on and has the original cast brass valve with bracket and vacuum pod. We are unable to guarantee that the water seal is good. We think that this jumper or adapter wiring lead, was used in 1967 when the Neutral safety switch changed from two separate plugs to a single square 4 combination plug. There could have been an overlap where the plug from the firewall to the 14401 main under dash harness changed to the single square 4 combination plug. We have also observed the two separate neutral safety switch plugs plugged directly into the updated square 4 plug.
