C7ZZ-5482-B This is a factory used front sway bar. This is the same size 3/4 inch diameter as the 289 and 302 sway bar but has a slight difference in the bends for the 1967 390-4V or 6.5Liter engines. This bar was factory identified with a One-Yellow and One-Blue paint stripe. This factory used front sway bar, does not include any mounting brackets or end link kits.

289 and 302 engines - with C4 automatic transmissions or manual three / four speed. Shaft diameter will measure 3 inches. Length 54-3/16 inches, measured on U-joint centers. Used and 'as balanced' from the factory. Ask about slip yokes. Shipping is oversized due to length.  Ford part # C7WY-4602-E.*NOTE* This is a solid one piece drive shaft.

This reproduction universal joint fits the differential end of the drive axle and is used on all Mercury Cougars or Ford Mustangs equipped with the 289, 302, 351 Windsor as well as most 351 Clevelands (see chart). Includes a grease fitting for extended life. 3.25" span cups are 1.12" and 1.00" diam. Replaces Ford part # C3AZ-4635-F.

This would be for the non-competition suspension Cougars. U-Bolt length 7 inches, and threads 1-1/4 inch in length. U-Bolts include two (2) correct style attaching nuts 7/16-20 threads. This size of U-bolt seems to be the most common found on Cougars, no matter the leaf pack stack.  Ford part number C7WY-5705-A. Good used axle vent nipple or tube. This vent tube screws into the top of the rear axle and is a breather / vent to equalize the pressure inside the axle tube. Fits both 8 inch and 9 inch rear axles. This set of brushes only fits the Eaton brand of air compressor clutch. These are exact reproductions made from the original tooling. It is possible to reuse the FoMoCo stamped bracket from the originals and re-rivet to this version. Yes, you can make it sneaky concours. You would have to figure out the rivets though. Used stamped nut for attaching the tail light bezels to the tail light housings. This is a 8-32 nut, with a 11/32" hex and is intended for the 8-32 threaded studs attached to the tail light bezels on any 1967-68 Mercury Cougar. Sold individually, 10 per side, or 20 per car.Replaces Ford part number 45203-S.

New replacement J-nut or they are sometimes called U-nuts. These clip into those square holes in the fender aprons for fastening the fenders on 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. These clips are 5/8 inches from the hole center to folded edge. We also see the same clips with 27/32 inch spacing for fender mounting. Numerous other uses, we find this clip on the hidden headlight buckets on 1967-68 Cougar and XR7's.

This 1/2" tall unique little screw was used on several different trim parts on the early Mercury Cougars. In 1967 - 1968 there were eight per wheel lip moulding, two per fender extension moulding, two per center grille moulding and five per hood lip moulding for a total of 50 screws. In 1969-1973 they were used on the wheel lips mouldings. The 1971 - 1973 hood lip mouldings used the same screw but it was 5/8" tall.

Front retractor bolt, used in conjunction with two rubber spacer / washers and one washer. The two rubber washers go on either side of the re-tractor mounting hole and the metal washer is against the inner rocker.

Band or ring style factory exhaust pipe clamp. For 2-1/4 inch outside diameter exhaust pipes. Comes with a course sheet metal type hex head bolt.
