Premium quality deluxe shoulder and lap belt with re-tractor. Deluxe belts with chrome bezels were equipped on many 68 - 69 Cougars and Mustangs. If you prefer the standard version with a black band on the buckle, just mention it and we will change it out at no extra cost. Many of our customers are calling this a "concours" set, but they do not qualify for that. If you look close you will see the nylon webbing has four bands which is correct for 1968. 1969 and up used a three band pattern on the webbing. On the 69, a strap was used on the shoulder belt to keep it on the roof hook as seen on this set. 1968 had no band but did have Velcro sewn onto the webbing at the back. Notice it does have the correct ROBINS chrome buckle. All in all this is a very nice set that will save you a lot of money on a restoration. Also, keep in mind that for a good restoration, you need really clean cores for the re-tractor.
