Reproduction patch panel for rear of the quarter panel on the passenger side (right hand) of the Mercury Cougar. These rear of wheel patch panels are cut from the reproduction skins we sell. If you need something cut larger please email us with a diagram or picture and we will cut to suit for a reasonable up charge. As you can tell by the pictures, these are not premium quality products but one can work them to fit well.

These panels are made from 20 gauge (.036-.037) steel.

I'm very dissatisfied with the fit meant of this patch panel, especially given the price. You have to do quite a bit of trimming at the front of the panel at wheel opening. The bottom bend should be sharper as well, but it is a start!

5 star product, 10 star service!!!

The quarter panel patch is going to work out great. I underestimated my suggested cut line
but WCC cut it proud anyway, resulting in a perfect patch.
