     If we use the word "Core" in the title of the product, the item has been deemed rebuildable, but has not been rebuilt.  The item you receive, in most circumstances, will be pulled from the donor car and shipped to you without being cleaned.

    Angled cup or retainer, used with the wiper switch, it locates and maintains the angle to the dash from behind. 1969 and 1970 are different, obvious when you realize that the flat spot is indexed differently between the two years. 1969 has the flat spot oriented at the bottom.
