This is an original NOS hot idle compensator for Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang models with V-8 engine and factory A/C. Set of 5 reproduction firewall inspection decals. During final inspection, these decals where placed in different locations on the firewall / cowl area and one P decal between the weatherstrip and dash pad inside the drivers door jam. This decal set has the assembly line inspectors names stamped on them. These decals would have been used on cars equipped with Boss 302 and BOSS 429 engines.

Used Bracket for mounting the Servo and accelerator Shaft on any 1969 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with speed control. The whole assembly mounts to the firewall inside the passenger cabin. The Servo is the rubber bellows. We think the the Ford part number was C9ZZ-9C787-A. Ford part number 9C787.

Since the reproduction is no longer available anywhere, we've taken a used plug and our electrical department has pieced it together to make a useable plug. The Eliminator uses the XR7 harness but not the XR7 rocker switches in the center of the dash. This bypass plug completes the circuit left open when no XR7 switches are plugged into the harness.

Used emergency / parking brake assembly for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang and is as removed from a West Coast Cougar organ donor. 1969 had a weak design and the release levers were prone to bend and break off. 1969 used a T shaped chrome release handle and 1970 used a black plastic T shaped release knob, which generally aren't interchangeble. This reproduction emergency / parking brake idler bracket welds to the under side of the floor on the driver side (left hand) of the vehicle and has the factory spec pin.

This passenger side (right hand) reproduction emergency / parking brake cable idler bracket mounts to the right front floor pan. The idler bracket is often discarded when the floor pan is removed for replacement. We also have good used units in stock for those that desire 100% correctness.

NOS brake light warning switch for Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang and Torino and is identified by the two pin connector. Screws into the brake distribution block. On a dual reservoir master cylinder this switch is supposed to light up if one side or the other loses pressure. For both disc and drum brake systems. Fits most if not all 1968-69 Ford and Mercury cars.Ford part # C8AZ-2B264-A.

This kit was sold by Ford Service Departments back in the day for those who were tired of their manual drum brakes. This kit includes all you will need to convert your six cylinder Mustang or V8 Cougar / Mustang from manual to power drum brakes.
