This clips affixes the plastic speedometer gear to the cable. Some have found that this OEM original clip fits a little better than the reproduction we offer. *Trivia* Did you know the first Cougar cast for production in 1968 was this "Custom Cougar"? This fine example was offered up on ebay summer 2008 for a mere $6500.

The only Cougar that we know came factory equipped with this part is the Cobra Jet. According to the Master Parts Catalog (MPC), any Cougar with a 3.91 or 4.11 rear end and a C-6 would have been equipped with this reducer. This is a part that we will probably never have on hand, but would love to document. Used automatic shifter bezel / indicator assembly for all Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with or without consoles. These are the best used ones from our inventory. These will have some minor issues with the chrome plating and most often need some detailing on the black pebble grain. This is a good used speedometer cable from a 1969 - 1970 Mercury Cougar with a FMX transmission. The cable housing has no burns and the fragile plastic squeeze clip that fastens it to the back of the speedometer is not broken. Keep in mind that some 1970 models use a two part cable. This cable will work in place of the two part cable seen on some 1970 cars. This cable measures 58 1/2" at its very most outer ends.

Ford called this part a 'sleeve'. Attaches to the lower shifter arm with a hitch pin. Has nice bushing, with correct nut, washer, and pin. The 1967/68 and 1969/73 versions are identical. NOS power steering ram cylinder dated 6H25 or August 25, 1966. This one is date coded for a very early built 1967 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang, including Shelby GT350 and GT500. Bendix manufactured, shows a paint marking and gold cadmium? nut and band. Still has the plastic plugs and cardboard protection on the threaded shaft and drag link stud. This is the bracket needed if you are routing the PS lines under the lower control arm instead of over as found on the 67 - 68 small block. These are reproduction heater hose grommets for the heater hose to pass through the firewall. Most of the firewalls that we have seen have a flared opening for the hose without a grommet. These are a more dense rubber than our other versions. Still not sure that they are needed?

Item is the lower half only of the air conditioning plenum from a 1969 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This would be the version found at the beginning and most of 1969.
