This used fuel / gas tank shows small dents on the underside but the top side is perfect and the inside has no corrosion. Used Carter fuel pump lever. From Carter made fuel pump as installed on Ford 352, 390, 410, 427, 428CJ FE engines. Many of the Carter "X" fuel pumps with screw together rebuildable pumps often times have Ford small block levers. Housings are he same. If you find that this tube has too small of fittings for your OEM 4150 / 4160 Holley carburetor than what has happened is that someone has replaced your transfer tube and fittings with one of the after-market kits available at speed shops. Each of these great kits include all three required cables, including part numbers, proper terminal and post clamp ends. Starter cables are properly shielded from heat. 1970-71 Mercury Cougar with 65-75 AMP alternators and V-8 engines. The originals were either 43-55 Amp (Standard) Draw or 65-75 Amp (High) Draw. The automatic seat back release option was added in early 1970 for Cougar and Mustang. The automatic seat back release would pull the release lever on both of the bucket seats. This only happens when the either the driver or passenger side door is opened. Kit comes with the 1970 specific wiring harnesses from the solenoid, includes 3 pin switch for the passenger pillar post, relay, solenoids, and cross over wiring. This reproduction emergency / parking brake cable equalizer mounts to the end of the parking brake release assembly and captures the emergency brake cable. A very nice reproduction!Replaces Ford part # C6OZ-2A602-A.

Clip or X-washer for attaching the emergency brake lever inside the rear brake drum. Fits 8 and 9 inch rear axles. Literally used on most all Ford products from 1965-73 and likely beyond. Also called a retainer for the parking brake lever pin. The long ears get squeezed with a good set of pliers for attaching. Replaces Ford number 91A-2106. 

This reproduction emergency / parking brake idler bracket welds to the under side of the floor on the driver side (left hand) of the vehicle and has the factory spec pin.

This passenger side (right hand) reproduction emergency / parking brake cable idler bracket mounts to the right front floor pan. The idler bracket is often discarded when the floor pan is removed for replacement. We also have good used units in stock for those that desire 100% correctness.

This kit includes all you will need to convert your six cylinder Mustang or V8 Cougar / Mustang from manual to power drum brakes.
