    Tested and inspected neutral safety switch for the FMX transmission installed in 1969- through early 1972 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. Found on cars before build date 12/1/1971. These mount in the shifter bucket, see your shop manual for installation adjustment.
    Look for a transmission code of X on your door data plate.
