This one closely resembles the factory manual choke as found on all 1969-70 Mercury Cougar Eliminators with the G code Boss 302 engine and the 1969-70 Ford Boss 302 Mustang. Reproduction vinyl sleeve for the choke cable on the 1970 Cougar or Mustang equipped with a 390 or 428CJ. This sleeve protects the cable from rubbing on anything and prevent possible fraying. NOTE: This is an added layer of protection for your choke cable, the cable will have it's own sleeve.

Used 1970-72 black AUTOLITE marked oil fill cap with black plastic elbow. Several variations noted from our collection, AUTOLITE and MOTORCRAFT versions. These spacer / washers were used on the rear belts of 1968 - 1973 Cougars. 1968 used two per bolt for a total of eight, 69-71 used one per rear belt for a total of four and 72-73 used one per belt on the inner only as the outer belts had a re-tractor in the rear 72-73. They were red to guide the line workers on placement.

New 8-32 set screw for the rear window crank handles. Fits 1968-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. Allen hex size of 5/64".

Hex head screw for attaching floor drain hole covers. Several different screws were used over the years and at different plants. All seem to be a #8 sheet metal screw of varying lengths. This is a #8 hex washer head tapping screw with 5/8" length. Two screws per drain cover, 2 or 4? per car, not sure. We also have the drain covers. 

Not 100% correct, but close and functional. In 1967 - 1968 there were eight per wheel lip moulding, two per fender extension moulding, two per center grille moulding and five per hood lip moulding for a total of 50 screws. In 1969 - 1973 they were used on the wheel lips mouldings. The 1971 - 1973 hood lip mouldings used the same screw but it was 5/8" tall. Sold as a box of 100.

Fits all Mustangs

This area of the door often cracks due to the stress caused by worn out hinges. This twelve piece kit includes six screws and six form fitting washers to reinforce the recessed areas that often crack. If your latch area is badly cracked you will want to purchase the repair kit that requires being welded in.

These are the screws that secure the door latch mechanism to the door shell. These screws come with the attached crown headed lock washer, just like the originals, so be sure to tighten them down snugly to ensure that the screw head sits flush into the screw holes. These are the same left to right, convertible or coupe. These appear to be made from the same thickness of aluminum as original and weigh .44 pounds as opposed to .50 for the originals but the aluminum used is not nearly the quality of originals. You can literally mutilate these parts with your fingers as you would an aluminum can. We recommend the premium quality sills. This is the round metal threaded disc that attaches the D0ZZ-6523258-A bushing to the door glass brackets. 57084-S Attaching bolt with 7/16" hex head and captured washer. Among other things, it is used to attach the door run, window stops (all 3), both window stabilizers, and the window regulator. Same bolts for manual and power window regulators. Bolt sold individually, there are a good handful in each door. This bolt is used for bolting in the bolt-in glass on 1970, lower "L" bracket for rear quarter windows on 1971-73 Cougar and Mustangs.

Used quarter window stop, cover plate, for any 1969-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. These were originally painted body color, and were laid on either inside the front cowl or the package tray for painting. The one for the quarter is roughly1" x 2-7/16 inches long, the holes are 5/16, and the spacing is 31/32" on center to match the stop. Replaces Ford part number C9ZZ-6530068-A.

This is an exact replacement for a 1970 remote sport mirror. Nearly indistinguishable from a 1968. Obviously a larger ball and longer than found on 1969, 1971-73 remote mirrors. This threaded replacement wand will require you to cut 8/32" fine threads in your original controller.
