Correct style nut with captured washer for attaching hood scoops, 1969-70 Mercury Cougar inside door handles, and 1967-68 trunk lock. Correct nuts would have been black phosphate, these are shiny gold as shown.

Exact replacement inside door handle nut, trunk lock nut, and hood scoop nut. Same finish as originals. 10 of these are used to mount the 68-71 hood scoop found on the 68 428 CJ, 69-70 Eliminator, 69-70 428 Ram Air equipped Cougars and 71 GT and 429CJ. Two of these per door are used on the 69-70 inside door release. Two of of these nuts used to attach 1967-68 Cougar trunk locks.

According to the MPC 1970 primarily, a few 1971-1973's. If you have a hardtop or coupe, (VIN numbers starting with either 0F91 or 0F93) and standard wheels with hub caps. Or, any 1971 - 1973 with style steel wheels. Total length is 6-1/4 inches, with 4 inches being threaded. Threads 1/2-13. We find this bolt to only have 2 1/2" of threads. Set of thermactor smog tubes on any 1968 390GT, 1968 GT-E 427-4V, or 1968-70 428 Cobra Jet engines. Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang, Torino, Cyclone, Ranchero, etc. These will work with original 390 or 428CJ cylinder heads drilled for air injection smog system from factory. Fits most FE engine applications that used the air pump smog system in 1968 with manual transmission. We also have the ferrules / nuts and other hardware.

Application 1968 - 289-2V, 302-2V, 302-4V, all with manual transmissions and without air conditioning. Also 1968 390-4V and 1968 - 1970 428CJ, all without air conditioning. Pulley diameter 4.75" inches. Ford part number is C8AZ-9B447-B and the engineering number as seen on the front of the pulley is C8AE-9C480-A.

Steel spacer between cylinder head and pump. Inside diameter 3/8", length approximately 1-13/16".

C5AZ-10A370-C Alternator mounting spacer, goes between the cylinder head and alternator housing. Fits 1968-70 390-2V, 390-4V, and 428CJ engines. Smog OK. There is no casting number but one is listed C5AE-10A370-C. Inside diameter 7/16". We measure them out at 1-5/8 inches long, supposed to be pink anodized or tinted.

This is the correct, original cover for your 1969-70 Mercury Cougar and 1969-70 Ford Mustang antenna. The Ford MPC calls this part a cap, it is the stainless steel rectangular piece of trim that goes on top of your factory antenna base. This is a decent reproduction of the radio bracket for the 69 or 70. Take a look at the smaller image to see them side by side. The repro is slightly taller and has extra holes in it so it fits other applications. We recommend sticking with good originals.  Why deviate from 100% correct if you don't need to.

Cougars never came with a straight grain decal on the radio bezel, but this Mustang bezel fits in with the straight grain accents found on the 69-70 standard Cougar interior. Replaces Ford part # C9ZZ-6504774-F. Check out this video
