     If we use the word "Core" in the title of the product, the item has been deemed rebuildable, but has not been rebuilt.  The item you receive, in most circumstances, will be pulled from the donor car and shipped to you without being cleaned.

    This is the correct, original cover for your 1969-70 Mercury Cougar and 1969-70 Ford Mustang antenna. The Ford MPC calls this part a cap, it is the stainless steel rectangular piece of trim that goes on top of your factory antenna base. These are angled, so watch the orientation when installing.  Most of these had a paper tag with part number and "FRONT" installed at the factory. These snap into place on the OEM factory installed antenna base. Used gasket also available.

    Replaces Ford part number C9AA-18A927-A.
