Used anti rattle pad for the stone guard on the Mercury Cougar. This unit is for the 1970 Mercury Cougar specifically and will not fit any other year. These pads must be used with the 1970 Cougar front bumper mounting brackets and the brackets can identified with the square cut window for mounting this pad. Our pad is sold individually and two are required per car.

Correct size and style white square plastic insert that clips onto front or rear license plate bracket on any 1967-73 Mercury Cougar. Each kit allows one license plate to be mounted. The actual screw has a large head which is made for license plates, but is not the factory Ford style of fastener for Concours judged cars. This optional used front bumper guard was unique to the 1969-70 Mercury Cougar. These are sold individually and the passenger side (right hand) is the same as the driver side (left hand).
