    Used group 22, 24, 27 battery heat shield that fits many Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang applications from 1967-69, on most hi-performance engines. It was often the first part discarded but serves a real purpose. Been trimmed on top lip and shortened for a Group 22 battery. Thoroughly used and faded plastic, with Ford numbers C7ZB-10A682-A and C7OB-10A682-A. 

    *Trivia - these battery heat shields were often trimmed down to fit group 24 batteries.
