Used under dash wiring harness repair pigtail for your Mercury Cougar is from the ignition switch to the harness plug that feeds the regulator, starter solenoid, and alternator. This is part of the 14401 main under dash wiring harness.*NOTE* This pigtail also has a pink resistor wire that should not be cut or spliced because it's ohm resistance is dependent upon it's length.

This would be for the non-competition suspension Cougars. U-Bolt length 7 inches, and threads 1-1/4 inch in length. U-Bolts include two (2) correct style attaching nuts 7/16-20 threads. This size of U-bolt seems to be the most common found on Cougars, no matter the leaf pack stack.  Ford part number C7WY-5705-A. C7ZZ-5482-B This is a factory used front sway bar. This is the same size 3/4 inch diameter as the 289 and 302 sway bar but has a slight difference in the bends for the 1967 390-4V or 6.5Liter engines. This bar was factory identified with a One-Yellow and One-Blue paint stripe. This factory used front sway bar, does not include any mounting brackets or end link kits.

289 and 302 engines - with C4 automatic transmissions or manual three / four speed. Shaft diameter will measure 3 inches. Length 54-3/16 inches, measured on U-joint centers. Brightens the engine compartment and looks sharp. Fits our big block finned aluminum valve covers (item# 26018) and others with the round push-in style opening. Band or ring style factory exhaust pipe clamp. For 2-1/4 inch outside diameter exhaust pipes. Comes with a course sheet metal type hex head bolt. Ford part number C6AA-5A272-A. *Not all 1969 & 1970 Cougars had 2-1/4 inch tailpipes from the factory. Check the outside diameter of your current tailpipe for fitment. Part number C5DA-5A272-B is the factory style 2" tailpipe clamp.

D0ZZ-7528-C Equalizer bar or "Z" bar for FE big block engines with a manual transmission. Both 3 and 4 speed manual transmissions. This is a used part and it will most likely show some wear form previous use.

This Pump to Value Outlet Pressure Hose is 100% correct for the 1969 small block, and will work for the 1967 or 1968 with the 5/16 inch control valve fitting if the power steering hoses are routed the same as on the big block engines. This 1/2" tall unique little screw was used on several different trim parts on the early Mercury Cougars.
