Good used 1970 factory installed clip for attaching the high pressure line to the power steering reservoir low pressure tube. Kind of kept the line oriented during installation of the high pressure fitting. For all 1970 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with 351W, 351C or Boss 302 engines. This is more for reference, this clip is much smaller than the one found on 1971-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs with power steering.
