Basic Ford part number is 3A697. Very subtle but specific differences are found on these power steering hydraulic oil reservoirs. The most obvious is the positioning of the barbed, low pressure hose nipple. Another difference is the centering of the threaded high pressure port, there may also be differences in the angle of the filling tube.

Good used 1970 factory installed clip for attaching the high pressure line to the power steering reservoir low pressure tube. Kind of kept the line oriented during installation of the high pressure fitting.
