Original space saver tire marked F78-15 from a 1970's Mercury or Ford. GoodYear brand it has the larger hub size, bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2. Concours correct Autolite spark plug wires for any 1972-73 Mercury Cougar Eliminator or Ford Mustang with 351C engines. Black wires with 'Motorcraft', 'SIPCON', and the cylinder numbers individually imprinted on the 7mm wires. Orange spark plug boots on this set.

This clips affixes the plastic speedometer gear to the cable. Some have found that this OEM original clip fits a little better than the reproduction we offer. *Trivia* Did you know the first Cougar cast for production in 1968 was this "Custom Cougar"? This fine example was offered up on ebay summer 2008 for a mere $6500.

Notice that this spring is used with the old-fashioned three-lever spring pressure plates. Modern diaphragm-style clutch pressure plates do not need this spring assistance to push the pedal because the pressure required is even throughout the pedal travel.
