This is the 1.37" X 1.66 X .31 plastic grommet that goes inside the trunk to protect the trunk wires from rubbing the edges of the sheet metal body. This grommet was also used for the hood light wiring under the hood.

This windshield wiper delay governor mounts to the driver side firewall. To find where this mounts on the firewall, look for two dimples. Wiring is simple, unplug the windshield wiper harness and plug the male and female ends into the appropriate plugs on the controller. Used distributor modulator thermal switch for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang equipped with the M code 351C-4V engine and FMX automatic transmission. Originally this switch was mounted in the drivers side door jamb and had a bimetal strip that was calibrated for ambient temperatures between 50 and 58°F. For all 1968 through 1970 R and Q code 428CJ and SCJ air cleaners. Snorkel has the opposite jog than 390GT snorkels. This one jogs towards the rear of the engine. Originally this snorkel should have had an ink stamp of C8OF-9A626-A or -B. Ford MPC number C8OZ-9A626-C.

Air cleaner pre-heater paper hose. Should fit most applications from 1970-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with V8 engines. 2 inch inside diameter, we cut these to about 9 inches long. Correct black paper outside, flexible paper tube, kind of like a Slinky. Please verify your needed length, we leave them a bit longer than needed so that they fit more than one application.

Used to cushion and protect top vinyl from excessive wear from side rails. Unfortunately none of the reproductions that we have found resemble the OEM pads. OEM pads looked canvas on the under side that goes against the convertible top rails, and what looked like the soft side of a velcro strip on the upper side that makes contact with the convertible top itself. C9ZB-7653139-A is the part number for the drivers side, C9ZB-7653138-A for the passenger side. These will often break when one hydraulic lift cylinder malfunctions and the other is still working.
