Retainer that screws to upper rear lip near the quarter glass on all 1969-70 Mercury Cougar hardtops and 1970 Ford Mustang coupes. Ford lists this part as: Retainer - quarter trim panel rear. We see these three ways on 1969-70 Cougars: one retainer in the rear position alone, two of these retainers front and rear, and one small retainer at the rear and one large retainer at the front of the panel.

This little cover glues onto your spoke at 6 o'clock and serves to cover the gap between where your rubber horn switch starts and then stops. Installation of this bracket is easy but you will have to make a spacer to fit on the outside of the frame rail. Reproduction power steering drop bracket for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. One must use this part when installing headers with power steering.  Because of the way this bracket hangs down, it will get bumped and bumped hard in time. Unique to the 1970 351w with FMX. Originally came with a light blue paint daub at the top.

This rod is correct for the 351 Cleveland 2V only and is approximately 27". A red paint daub was found on this rod, by trying to expose it with steel wool, it was almost erased. This would explain why we rarely find rods with the original paint daub in place. Slightly shorter than the 4V rod and has a lower connection point to the carburetor.

This reproduction rod is made from stainless steel and weighs slightly more than the original.

This one year only rod is correct for the 351 Cleveland 4V and is approximately 27". This rod originally had a light blue paint daub near the carburetor. It is a little longer than the 2V rod and connects to the carburetor at a slightly higher point.

Very nice chrome on this used shifter lever for automatic transmissions. Can fit all 1969-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs with FMX or C-6 automatic transmissions. We have found that there is an early and a late version of these levers. The late versions used the C9ZZ-7C442-A pawl. The easiest way to determine which is early or late is the width of the slot at the bottom of the lever. If one nickel fits into the slot, it is early.
