This clip looks just like the larger quarter extension moulding / trim moulding clip, but is smaller (as our comparison picture shows). One clip per side is used to attach the tail end (smaller end) of the moulding / trim to the extension. This unit is also almost exactly the same as the rear deck / trunk lid moulding / trim clip, but this quarter extension clip has a slightly shorter stud. Rarely will the clip you get look as good as the pictured here, usually the "finger" will be missing....

Reproduction inner floor frame rail patch for the Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang coupe and convertible. C5ZZ-7610962-A Ford description of this plate is "Plate - Front floor lower cross member". All 1967-73 Cougar convertibles and all 1965-73 Ford Mustang convertibles use this plate. Bolts into place with 6 hex bolts 3/8-16 x 1-1/8" with washers. These were painted satin black from the factory. As you look at our picture below you will see the repro is about half the thickness. The repro is different in every detail but will work. We also have used plates with minor damage at a reduced cost.

This is a 1968 only part that is correct for Cougars equipped with the 390 GT "S" code motor. Whether your Cougar has the GT package or not, as long as it has a 4V 390 motor, this is the correct snorkel for your Cougar. This snorkel was found on the XR7-G model with a 390 or 428 engine with the tall pent roof finned aluminum valve covers. The HERTZ model with the 390 engine used a chrome "Powered By Ford" chrome valve cover and did not need the extra length in the extension. This is a refurbished snorkel made from original parts.
