Our service is to rebuild your sending unit. A quality core is required. This rebuilt XR7 fuel sending unit has been meticulously gone through and made operational again. All sending units are taken apart and media blasted. Once cleaned, the thermistor is carefully removed from the tube and opened up so that the mesh screen and insulator can be chemically cleaned. All wire leads are removed and tested, then resoldered to their contact points. Upon reassembly, initial testing is done with VOM....
