    Many used items in our pictures have been cleaned and/or bead blasted prior to being photographed to show condition and detail. 

    The item you receive, in most circumstances, will be pulled from the donor car and shipped to you without being cleaned. 

    We do not retake pictures each time a used item sells. Pictures are a good indicator of what you will receive, but not all used parts age the same. On high dollar parts, email us and we can send a few pictures of the actual part available.

    "Core" Items:
     If we use the word "Core" in the title of the product, the item has been deemed rebuildable, but has not been rebuilt.  The item you receive, in most circumstances, will be pulled from the donor car and shipped to you without being cleaned.

    Used clip for attaching the moulding / trim to the front fender extension on the Mercury Cougar. Three of these clips (with long studs) are used per side to attach the 1970 aluminum extension moulding / trim. We do not currently offer a proper reproduction for this clip. We do have this reproduction clip here and it will work for the top positions, but the stud is to short to work on the lower portion of the fender extension moulding / trim.

    *NOTE* Some 1970 Cougars used 2 of the 1969 diamond shaped fender extension moulding / trim clips per side. We suspect that the diamond shaped units were used on early production 1970 Cougars. If you need the diamond shaped clips, you can get'em here!
