Application is 1968 Mercury Cougar standard models or 1968 Ford Mustang with factory tachometer option, all with 289 or any 302 engines. Ford service number C7ZZ-14305-E, original wire harness marked C8WB-14305-D. *Caution, not for use with Cougar XR7 models or Mustang with ammeter gauge.

    hello, what is the wiring harness that this connects to that leads to the starter solenoid and the front of the vehicle? i had a short the other and it fried the wires, so looking to get that sorted asap. thank you!
