    Great quality reproduction of the interior door strap (grab handle) end cap hardware.

    If you have a 67 the woodgrain decals are the correct size, the 68 uses a little different design with a black border which is not available new. The woodgrain is not correct for either 67 or 68. We would highly recommend getting our burl wood applique, it is still not correct, but is much closer and nicer than the woodgrain this comes with.

    Great price considering good used sold for about $100 before these were available. 20 piece kit.

    I am having problems removing the end caps for the door strap on my 67 XR7. They don’t seem to want to pry off or slide off. Are the originals one piece attached with a nut on the back side of the door panel? Or is the burned wood just an appliqué that needs to be peeled off? I don’t feel an indentation under it for a screw head.

    There are pins on the cover plate that press into the base, you need to use a small screwdriver to pry up on it. It can get tricky if they've become too rusty.
