    This is for your three or four speed manual transmission 1969 Cougar. The 69 is unique over the 70 in that it has provision for your seat belt buckles to be stored when not in use. This requires an additional woodgrain insert, we also have one listed that does not require the additional insert (no holes). 
    *Note - This console part does have pre-drilled holes for installing the woodgrain top pieces.
