Correct for closed emission system Cougars sold only in California. Air cleaner base for both the 289-2V and 289-4V engines. About 17.25" inches in diameter. California emissions with the metal elbow for hose connection to the oil filler cap.

Used / refurbished center cap emblem for the Mercury Cougar with XR7 hubcaps / wheel covers. On the XR7 package, this concave aluminum applique was applied to the center of the hubcap / wheel cover. These are always faded, so we've "restored" a few with Sharpies, as shown in the picture. Believe it or not, it works pretty well and allows the shiny aluminum to show through the red. Be advised that the sharpie treatment doesn't hold up very well to rain and weather, so this is best for garaged...

Application - 1967 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with 390 engines.  Might be two versions, this one would be the mid or late version. There are references that this bracket was also used on 289 engines with air conditioning, but that may not be consistent through out the year, if it all. Maybe early 1967 cars with A/C. This matched set is actually for a 1968 model Cougar but works just as well on a 67. This is a decent used, grade B deck lock housing with nothing included except the studs. There will be a couple of blemishes that may include minor pitting but the cover stop in the bottom corner is intact. This is the factory Ford remote trunk latch as used on luxury cars such as Thunderbird or Lincoln. As you can see from the photo, they are made (and install) exactly like our Cougar trunk latches, but with the addition of a release tab. Pair of used wire anchors for keeping the rear most headliner bow stationary. These are fragile wires, and prone to rusting. Carter fuel pump, core grade for rebuilding purposes. This is a original Carter, button top fuel pump stamped 4194S. This is the early style with "CAR bure TER" and USA, has the 5/16" fuel nipple. Used Carter fuel pump lever. From Carter made fuel pump as installed on Ford 352, 390, 410, 427, 428CJ FE engines. Many of the Carter "X" fuel pumps with screw together rebuildable pumps often times have Ford small block levers. Housings are he same. If you find that this tube has too small of fittings for your OEM 4150 / 4160 Holley carburetor than what has happened is that someone has replaced your transfer tube and fittings with one of the after-market kits available at speed shops.
