Reproduction rear axle seal for the 67-69 Cougar or 64-69 Mustang.
Oil seal for rear axle on any 1967-73 Mercury Cougar or Most Ford cars with 28 spline axles. Most all Cougar and Mustang received 28 splined axles, whether they have an 8 inch or nine inch rear end from the factory. Seal measurements: 1-3/8 inch inside diameter, 2-17/64 inch outside diameter. Two needed per axle, sold individually. We stock Timken brand of seals.Replaces Ford part number C7OZ-1177-B.

If your power steering control valve unit is in good working condition but seems to be leaking, this seal kit may be all it takes to correct the problem. We have a VERY limited supply of seat tracks that are taken from cars that have never been in the weather. These should need nothing but cleaning and lubrication. Correct for 1967 but fits all 1967-70 Mercury Cougars including convertible, and 1965-70 Ford Mustang. Used kit includes C5ZZ-6561704-F, C5ZZ-6561705-F, and C5ZZ-6561726-A. Used servo cover from a 1967-68 Ford C-4 transmission. This cover has the big A cast into it, which designates it as an "A" Intermediate Servo Band Cover. Typically, this cover would be found on C4's, with Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs with C code 289-2V, A code 289-4V, or F code 302-2V engines. Cover only, marked C6AP-7D027-C.
