Floor tunnel body reinforcing plate for the floor shifter on any 1967-68 Mercury Cougar or 1965-68 Ford Mustang. Used plate spot welded to the underside of the floor. Has threaded inserts installed. Contoured differently than other years. We cut, you remove spot welds. Take your measurements for location, before removing your old floor and or tunnel.  Ford part number C5ZZ-6512118-A.

NOTE* After comparing to the original pulley, we've found that this reproduction is approximately 3/16" shorter in overall height. Application 289-4V auto and 289-2V manual transmissions at the beginning of the 1967 model year. Pulley diameter 4 inches, 1967 smog pulleys are unique in that they have 4 mounting holes. Ford part number C6OZ-9B447-A and engineering number is C6OE-9B447-A or B. *California DSO 52 and DSO 53 only.

Water pump pulley 1 sheave, about 6.11 inches. When measured from the front of the water pump hub (or inside of the pulley) to the center line of the belt sheave the measurement is 2 inches. Application include 1967 Cougar with 289. 1969 Cougar and Mustang with 390-4V. Also various Mustangs 1965-67, all with 289.Replaces Ford casting number C5OE-8509-A.
