New Old Stock center cap emblem for the Mercury Cougar with XR7 hubcaps / wheel covers. On the XR7 package, this concave aluminum applique was applied to the center of the hubcap / wheel cover. Called an applique. Used only in 1968 on the one style XR7 hubcap. Not sure why it has a 1969 part number, error? Ford part number C9WY-1137-A.

Used grade "A" XR7 hubcap / full wheel cover for the XR7 Mercury Cougar. The 1969 version of this hubcap / wheel cover used a white stripe around the center where the 1970 used black. Our grade "A" cap will have a minimal amount of scratches. Ford part # C9WY-1130-A.

Used spinner hubcap / wheel cover for the Mercury Cougar. This was and optional inset spinner that bolted onto your existing hubcap. 1968 was the first year the dealer option was available. Ford part # C7MA-1130-F

This is the factory Ford remote trunk latch as used on luxury cars such as Thunderbird or Lincoln. As you can see from the photo, they are made (and install) exactly like our Cougar trunk latches, but with the addition of a release tab. These can be installed to use either a cable, vacuum, or solenoid release.

For all 1969 Mercury Cougar trunks. The MPC lists the correct length as 8-3/4 inches in total length, with 4 inches of the end being threaded but we have found without fail them to be about 10 3/4" with about 3" of threads. I say "about because some have a blunt end while other versions have a tappered end which will add about 1/8" to the length. Those threads are 1/2-13.

New Old Stock Ford C4 or C6 transmission modulator valve for 1967-73 Mercury Cougar or 1965-73 Ford and Mustang. Also known as the throttle valve, this valve controls vacuum to the transmission as you press the gas pedal, and it will apply higher control pressure for better quality shifts at higher RPMs. Ford part number C4AZ-7A377-B.

Used servo cover from a 1969-71 Ford C-6 transmission. This cover has the big R cast into it, which designates it as an "R" Intermediate Servo Band Cover. Typically, this cover would be found on U code C6's, from 1968-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs with Q or R code 428CJ engines. Driver side seat back release assembly, can me used for a conversion of 1970 high-backed seat backs for use in 1969 Mercury Cougar Eliminator and Ford Mustang Mach 1. Used vented fuel, or gas cap as installed on 1967-69 Mercury Cougar and 1970 cars without California emissions. Also fits 1969-70 Shelby Mustang. In 1970 California required a non-vented fuel cap. Used Carter fuel pump lever. From Carter made fuel pump as installed on Ford 352, 390, 410, 427, 428CJ FE engines. Many of the Carter "X" fuel pumps with screw together rebuildable pumps often times have Ford small block levers. Housings are he same. Used Under-dash Wiring Harness Plastic Cover / Clip for the 1969 and 1970 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang

If you find that this tube has too small of fittings for your OEM 4150 / 4160 Holley carburetor than what has happened is that someone has replaced your transfer tube and fittings with one of the after-market kits available at speed shops. This is the ONLY correct transfer tube for a Cougar equipped with a Holley from 1967 - 1970.  Ford part # C9AZ-9H576-A.

This "D" clip is larger than that found on the Mustangs and 1967 Cougar because it not only hung the wiring loom on the driver side of your engine compartment but also the vacuum lines going to the headlight switch. This clip is also found under the starter solenoid and under dash.
