Reproduction 10 x 2-1/4 inch premium semi-metallic front drum brake shoes for Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with front 10 inch drum brakes.  Double check that shoe width measurement on your car, there were some cars sold with 2-1/2 inch wide shoes.

New front10 X 2-1/2 inch brake shoes for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. These will fit the rears of some Ford vehicles, but not a Cougar or Mustang without modification.Typically this size of brake shoes is only found on the front of a Cougar or Mustang. You would have to have 2-1/2 rear backing plates in order to use these shoes on the rear of your car.

These are getting hard to find in used condition, considering the after market disc brake conversions that require the use of 1970 drum brake spindles. 1970 was a heavier design over 1968-69. Fits 1970 - 1973 Mercury Cougar, Ford Mustang, and mid sized Ford's such as Torino, Ranchero, Cyclone, etc.

Often when your fuel gauge is acting up, this is the culprit, not the gauge or sending unit.
