1970 Ford Mustang

Individual used shock tower cap or coil spring cover in chrome for the Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. These are not side specific and two are required per car. While not technically restored original, we offer these to complement our chrome export braces and Monte Carlo bars. Ford part # C7ZZ-18A017-A.

Driver side (left hand) front seat floor pan. This pan is cut from the full floor pans in order to save on shipping costs when a customer does not need the entire length pan. Left side Thermactor smog tube with the jog and bracket around the coil. Bare tube, installation hardware is not included. Not always available, hard to keep on the shelf, look for our reproduction tube set (right and left) available soon. Must have the correct cylinder heads with the drilled and tapped holes for these tubes. Also called air manifold, this unit is part of the air manifold assembly.

This tube is embedded into the cylinder head making it rather difficult to remove intact. Note that the nut and ferrule assembly is made of two pieces, with the ferrule being a compression fitting used to secure the smog tubes to a series of ports on the cylinder head. Sold individually, 8 total needed for smog installation. Application is 1967 - 1970 390, 427. 428CJ engines. In 1975 Ford started making these out of stainless steel. For all 1968 through 1970 R and Q code 428CJ and SCJ air cleaners. Snorkel has the opposite jog than 390GT snorkels. This one jogs towards the rear of the engine. Originally this snorkel should have had an ink stamp of C8OF-9A626-A or -B. Ford MPC number C8OZ-9A626-C.

This reproduction cigar / cigarette lighter socket is a good fit and is easy to install. This lighter socket also comes with the retainer. Replaces Ford part # C6ZZ-15055-B.
