Original space saver tire marked 7.75-14 and F78-14 B.F. Goodrich, from a 1970's Mercury or Ford. These were optional in 1968-73. It has the smaller hub size and single valve stem. Never inflated condition. One RARE unit! Just looking for a space saver spare? This exact size tire with 7.75-14 under the F78-14 was correct for 1970 Boss 429, 1971 Boss 351, 429CJ, and Ford with F60-15 tires. We do not think that the odd stamped wheel and the white instruction sticker are vintage 1970-71. Probably 1972-73. Has the single rubber valve stem about 1 inch tall on an OEM 14x7 steel wheel.
