If you find that this tube has too small of fittings for your OEM 4150 / 4160 Holley carburetor than what has happened is that someone has replaced your transfer tube and fittings with one of the after-market kits available at speed shops. This is the ONLY correct transfer tube for a Cougar equipped with a Holley from 1967 - 1970.  Ford part # C9AZ-9H576-A.

This "D" clip is larger than that found on the Mustangs and 1967 Cougar because it not only hung the wiring loom on the driver side of your engine compartment but also the vacuum lines going to the headlight switch. This clip is also found under the starter solenoid and under dash.

The automatic seat back release option was added in early 1970 for Cougar and Mustang. The automatic seat back release would pull the release lever on both of the bucket seats.
