All Available Parts - 1968 Ford Mustang

Good used original seat belt bolt. There were a few different variations of this bolt, some were stamped with a F and others had no stamping at all. 13/16" hex head, 1-7/16 inch bolt with a 1/4 inch shoulder. 

These spacer / washers were used on the rear belts of 1968 - 1973 Cougars. 1968 used two per bolt for a total of eight, 69-71 used one per rear belt for a total of four and 72-73 used one per belt on the inner only as the outer belts had a re-tractor in the rear 72-73. They were red to guide the line workers on placement. Sized like the originals, but do not have the dimples all over. 0.53" ID x 0.88" OD.

Not 100% correct, but close and functional. In 1967 - 1968 there were eight per wheel lip moulding, two per fender extension moulding, two per center grille moulding and five per hood lip moulding for a total of 50 screws. In 1969 - 1973 they were used on the wheel lips mouldings. The 1971 - 1973 hood lip mouldings used the same screw but it was 5/8" tall. Sold as a box of 100.

This clip is the same as a door panel clip with the exception that it does not have the foam spacer. This clip was used on the 1968 XR7 overhead console, 1967 - 1968 xr7 and standard model upper and lower console pads, seat back access panels and several other applications. Yes, these were a dealer option available in the day. They cover the painted portion of your door sill that is not covered by the scuff plate. Great way to prevent scratches in your paint or hide existing scratches. Since they are made from stainless steel, you can polish them if and when they get scratched. This area of the door often cracks due to the stress caused by worn out hinges. This twelve piece kit includes six screws and six form fitting washers to reinforce the recessed areas that often crack. Very nice reproduction, silver zinc finish like original. Correct texture and even an original type date stamped on the head. Comes complete with striker plate, shim, and screws. The only difference between the 67 Cougar and the 68 - 70 is that the 67 came with the 8-66 date stamp, the rest came with the 11-67 date stamp. These are the screws that secure the door latch mechanism to the door shell. These screws come with the attached crown headed lock washer, just like the originals, so be sure to tighten them down snugly to ensure that the screw head sits flush into the screw holes.
