Ford called this part a 'sleeve'. Attaches to the lower shifter arm with a hitch pin. Has nice bushing, with correct nut, washer, and pin. The 1967/68 and 1969/73 versions are identical. Reproduction Glove Box Catch for the 1967 and 1968 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang

These courtesy light brackets are located on the very outer right and left under the dash. Typically this bracket is found on the driver side of all 1967-68 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. We think that this jumper or adapter wiring lead, was used in 1967 when the Neutral safety switch changed from two separate plugs to a single square 4 combination plug. There could have been an overlap where the plug from the firewall to the 14401 main under dash harness changed to the single square 4 combination plug. We have also observed the two separate neutral safety switch plugs plugged directly into the updated square 4 plug.

Cancelling cam for the 67-69 Cougars and Mustangs with fixed columns. This cam is what returns your turn signal switch to the off position. This is not the same cam which comes inside tilt columns.

This plate attaches the 3/8" steel fuel line under the driver's side rear torque box, as it makes its way from the rear frame rail out to the rocker area. It acts both as a mount and as a protector from road debris. These were used on late 1967 to 1968 Cougars and Mustang with the 3/8" fuel line. Early 1967 cars had smaller 5/16" fuel line, and different routing (through the transmission tunnel), and did not use this part. Mounting bolts included.

Fine scratches but great for the guy who wants original. The Reproduction does not have the II-DMI-6 lettering at the bottom like this original. This threaded replacement wand will require you to cut 8/32" fine threads in your original controller. Your OEM mirror controller is made of a very soft metal so one can often install these as "self tapping".1967 and 1968 are different, see comparison picture. The 1968 version was rounded off due to new safety standards. The mirror nut tool will fit over the 1967 wand, but not the 1968.

Yes, these were a dealer option available in the day. They cover the painted portion of your door sill that is not covered by the scuff plate. Great way to prevent scratches in your paint or hide existing scratches. Since they are made from stainless steel, you can polish them if and when they get scratched. These interchange left to right, they are a mirror image of one another. We recently did a side by side comparison of these so called "concours" sill plates and found very little difference when comparing them to the "economy" version... This set of brushes only fits the Eaton brand of air compressor clutch. These are exact reproductions made from the original tooling. New replacement J-nut or they are sometimes called U-nuts. These clip into those square holes in the fender aprons for fastening the fenders on 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. These clips are 5/8 inches from the hole center to folded edge. We also see the same clips with 27/32 inch spacing for fender mounting.
