Single cylinder head from 1966 Ford with 390-4V engine. Sold as a core, needs thorough cleaning and rebuilding prior to use. Typically this cylinder head has 2.02 and 1.55 inch valves, and the chambers measure out at 71-74cc's. With stock pistons, these heads will net an approximate compression ration of 10.5:1. These were installed at the factory on 390 / 427 / 428 equipped cars that were exported to countries that did not require the smog system. They are much shorter than the over the Ford counter service plugs you see in the states that are put on after one removes the smog system.
