Reproduction alternator pulley, two sheave. Fits 1967-73 Mercury Cougar and 1965-73 Ford Mustang and most all other 1965-73 Ford vehicles.

Ford part number C5AZ-6312-B. Application for 1967-68 289 and 302 engines without all of the following; air conditioning, power steering, California thermactor smog. The alternator would also have a single sheave pulley. Ford casting number C5AE-6312-A. Single sheave crank shaft pulley. About 6-5/16 inches in diameter.

For 1968 390-2V engines without air conditioning, with dual alternator belts, and with power steering. 1968-69 390-4V, 427 GT-E, or 1968-69-70 428 Cobra Jet engines. All without air conditioning. All with dual alternator belts, and with power steering. Triple sheave 1968-69-70 crank pulley.Ford part # C8AZ-6A312-D, Ford casting # C8AE-6312-D.

Application 1967 - 1968 - 1969 Cougar with either 289 / 302 / 351w engines with air conditioning. After 9-11-66. Casting number 7AD. 5" diameter and a 3/8" sheave width.

Application, 1968 289/302 engines without air conditioning, but with a single alternator belt. 1969 351w engine without air conditioning, but with dual alternator belts. Casting number 7AE. 4-5/8" diameter and 5/16" sheave width.

This is a reproduction, 3 bolt Thermactor smog pump pulley with a diameter of 5.49" inches for the Mercury Cougar GT-E with the 427-4V W code engine. C8OE-9C480-A marked on pulley. Ford part # C8OZ-9B447-B.

C8OZ-8509-C 1968 427 / 390-4V without air conditioning and 1968-1970 428CJ without air conditioning. Thermactor on all applications, power steering optional. 3 sheave pulley with two different diameters. The MPC lists it as 6 inches on the dual sheave portion and 5-1/16 inches on the outer but we find the actual outer most measurements to be 6 1/8" wide on the dual pulley and 5 3/16" wide on the single sheave pulley. When laid on a flat surface the height is 2 3/8" tall. Ford casting number...
