Perfect precut-all holes line up. Old boards were warped & bottom was rotted out with only a couple of clips holding. Purchased new clips -door panels are flat & tight at the bottom. After watching U-Tube video anyone can tackle this project!
Boards are highly durable! Most holes line up perfect, but 1-2 might need a little widening with a file to fit perfect. Great boards!
These backer boards fit just about perfect. I could not ask for a better fit! One thing I noticed was the courtesy light bolt holes are slightly under sized but would rather have that then over sized. I only had to cut out the remote mirror location on my decor panels and all other locations where already cut out. Everything lined up great even considering my panels have shrunk a bit over the course of 50yrs of sun exposure. Watch the video as it will give you an idea whats in involved with tools, glue and tricks to get a good result. What I did not see used on the video but was very helpful for me was a heat gun used to make the vinyl a little more pliable and easier to work. Im glad these are available and able to be used to restore the original panels! Another good use for them would be to build custom panels if so desired.
Great replacement for old door panels . Watch video by WCCC and take it step by step Door panels were cracked and hanging out on bottom . Fit was spot on for door clips and holes for door handle and window . The only thing that's missing is hole for manual mirror wand on drivers side . Easy to do . Thanks again to the guys at WCCC . Door panels are like new !!
