    recently restored BOSS302. Unfortunately my original shifter boot was torn and we replaced with a MAP boot. Immediately I knew something wasn’t right. It was stiff and didn’t shift well. Based on various recommendations I went ahead with the DC repo. Much softer, flexible and visually identical to my 50 year old original. Shifts cleanly without any pressure on the Hurst shifter. Happy again!
