If you are converting your early 1970 Mercury Cougar or 1969 or early 1970 Cougar Coupe or Convertible from glue in glass to bolt in glass this is the hardware kit you will need. You can reuse your four C9ZB elevators that bolt to these brackets, the only difference between C9ZB and D0ZB is that the C9ZB is fastened by two bolts and the D0ZB has two studs and nuts. Keep in mind that 1969 window regulators will need slight modification to work with this 1970 hardware as the 1970 regulator does not have a dog-leg bend in the leading arm.

Do you have questions about Glue-In vs Bolt-In glass? How about how to properly install Glue-In glass in your 1969 Cougar or Mustang? Check out our video below for some great glassy information!

We are uncertain as the Cougar never came in the Fastback body style. However, I did a bit of research and found sources saying the Mustang Coupe and Fastback used the same window regulator guide parts, and the 70 Cougar and Mustang Coupes used the same window regulator parts, so based upon that there is indication it should work in a 70 Fastback.
