1967 Mercury Cougar

Metal rod that hooks to the carburetor linkage and the accelerator pedal bellcrank, or shaft. Rod measures 12-31/32 inches long. Application 1967 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with 390-4V and cruise or speed control. Ford part number C7ZZ-9A702-D. Hooked end goes into the carburetor linkage, threaded end to the rear. A rod end clevis clip is needed for attachment to the carburetor – see part B7A-9826-A. *Note – for use with factory cruise control.

Used timing chain cover with casting number C3AE-6059-A, for any 1967 390 engine. 1967 Mercury Cougar and 1967 Ford Mustang. Cast aluminum construction without excessive damage. Installation bolt kits also avialable.Replaces Ford part number C3AE-6059-A.*Note there is a different version of this timing cover for 1968-70 390/428CJ engines.

Used stamped steel pointer mounts to timing chain cover. Correct for 1967 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with S code 390 engine. Must be used with the 1967 style timing cover.

Used set of 4 toggle switches for the 67 XR7 Cougar dash panel. Included are the toggles for the driver side map light, panel light, passenger map light and courtesy lights. Switches have been tested and may or may not have the tips in place, but we do offer a reproduction set of toggle tips.

This is an upgraded version from what you see in our video but the idea is the same. This tool has a square hole so you can use your 3/8" drive ratchet or breaker bar to get the correct angle and have even better control of your leverage when placing the torsion bar into the slot. This is a bezel nut tool used to remove the toggle switch bezel nuts on 67 - 68 & 71 - 73 XR7 Mercury Cougars. No more scratches trying to remove with the wrong tools. These are made from HRS steel and are milled to fit the bezel nut. This is a MUST HAVE if you are replacing a toggle switch or taking apart your dash, we use this tool in our shop all the time and love it!
