Vacuum tested working hot water valve for any 1969-73 Mercury Cougars or Ford Mustang equipped with factory A/C. This valve stops the flow of warm coolant in the heater hose, when the A/C is on. Has the original cast brass valve and vacuum pod. Original used female half of the factory air conditioning coupler for all 1967-73 liquid line or sight glass hoses. Brass construction, includes the plunger and spring. Also sold as a two piece kit which includes the male and female components. Replaces Ford part number C1SZ-19B596-A.

This is used on cars equipped with factory A/C to stop the flow of warm coolant when the A/C is on. Not an exact replacement, but it will work just fine. Replaces Ford part #: D4AZ-18495-A.

These are used hose clamps that have a tab and fold over on them selves. These were dipped in a rubber like substance to prevent chaffing. The ones that we have available do have some cracking or damage to this coating. It should be easy to 'dip' them again with the product that is available in most hardware stores. We normally see 2 of these clamps, or straps bundling the hoses on most cars. These clamps should fit a variety of different Ford and Mercury products, not just Mustang and Cougar....

There are 2 manufacturers of these hoses and many places will call them a "concours" hose. Neither manufacturer make an exact replica of the original sight glass hose. This clips affixes the plastic speedometer gear to the cable. Some have found that this OEM original clip fits a little better than the reproduction we offer. *Trivia* Did you know the first Cougar cast for production in 1968 was this "Custom Cougar"? This fine example was offered up on ebay summer 2008 for a mere $6500.

The only Cougar that we know came factory equipped with this part is the Cobra Jet. Used original pan removed from a Western parts car, 14 bolt holes. This pan is not available new. These will have some dents and or scrapes. These were not painted originally, may have light rust that will clean up. Consider them Grade B used.

The only Cougar that we know came factory equipped with this part is the Cobra Jet. According to the Master Parts Catalog (MPC), any Cougar with a 3.91 or 4.11 rear end and a C-6 would have been equipped with this reducer. Replaces Ford Part #: C8ZZ-17294-A.

This is a good used speedometer cable from a 1969 - 1970 Mercury Cougar with a FMX transmission. The cable housing has no burns and the fragile plastic squeeze clip that fastens it to the back of the speedometer is not broken. Keep in mind that some 1970 models use a two part cable. This cable will work in place of the two part cable seen on some 1970 cars. This cable measures 58 1/2" at its very most outer ends.

Ford called this part a 'sleeve'. Attaches to the lower shifter arm with a hitch pin. Has nice bushing, with correct nut, washer, and pin. The 1967/68 and 1969/73 versions are identical. The C1AA-7353-C sleeve has fine threads, the C9OZ-7353-A has course threads. Fits all 1967-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang, and we suspect many other Ford vehicles beginning in 1961. Used automatic shifter bezel / indicator assembly for all Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with or without consoles. These are the best used ones from our inventory. These will have some minor issues with the chrome plating and most often need some detailing on the black pebble grain. According to the MPC, this "Transmission Kick Down Control Shaft Rod" is used on all C6 Cougars and Mustangs in 1969, including the 390 and 428 Cobra Jet.  Our research and in hand examples off original Cougars would differ. Used on both 351w 2V and 4V FMX transmissions in 1969. Approximately 17-1/2" long with a black color code paint daub on the end closest to the carburetor.
