C8OZ-3C511-B Rear power steering pump support bracket. Also called the high pressure hose indexing bracket. For any 1968 - 1970 Cougar or Mustang with any of the 390 / 427 / 428CJ engines. OEM used part designed to maintain the position of the high pressure power steering hose from coming in contact with with moving or high heat parts. *Note - May or may not work with non-original or replacement high pressure hoses.

C9WE-8600-A 5 blade clutch fan for Boss 302 Mercury Cougar Eliminator and Ford Mustang Boss2 cars built before 4-14-1969. 17-1/2 inches in diameter and has the 2-3/8 inch hole for the separate clutch. We do not have any at this time . . . Very rare part in great condition. This was pulled from a very original 1970 H code XR7 with power windows, tilt column and AC. Technically not correct for 69 in that the shade of green would be darker in 1969. Why this car did not have the xr7 woodgrain delete plate we are unsure.

Take a look at the smaller image to see the repro and used side by side. The repro is slightly taller and has extra holes in it so it fits other applications. Why deviate from 100% correct if you don't need to. Ford Part # C9ZZ-18842-A.

This tube is embedded into the cylinder head making it rather difficult to remove intact. Note that the nut and ferrule assembly is made of two pieces, with the ferrule being a compression fitting used to secure the smog tubes to a series of ports on the cylinder head. This is a 1969 lid. The 1968 lid had several differences, most notable was the stamping wrinkles. This vacuum actuated door assembly was used on several performance motors without Ram Air. When extra air was needed under heavy acceleration the vacuum actuator opened the door on the side of the air cleaner base. The actuator on this unit needs to be rebuilt so this is considered a good core only.

New Old Stock center cap emblem for the Mercury Cougar with XR7 hubcaps / wheel covers. On the XR7 package, this concave aluminum applique was applied to the center of the hubcap / wheel cover. Called an applique. Used only in 1968 on the one style XR7 hubcap. Not sure why it has a 1969 part number, error? Ford part number C9WY-1137-A.

Used grade "A" XR7 hubcap / full wheel cover for the XR7 Mercury Cougar. The 1969 version of this hubcap / wheel cover used a white stripe around the center where the 1970 used black. Our grade "A" cap will have a minimal amount of scratches. Ford part # C9WY-1130-A.

This is the factory Ford remote trunk latch as used on luxury cars such as Thunderbird or Lincoln. As you can see from the photo, they are made (and install) exactly like our Cougar trunk latches, but with the addition of a release tab. These can be installed to use either a cable, vacuum, or solenoid release.

For all 1969 Mercury Cougar trunks. The MPC lists the correct length as 8-3/4 inches in total length, with 4 inches of the end being threaded but we have found without fail them to be about 10 3/4" with about 3" of threads. I say "about because some have a blunt end while other versions have a tappered end which will add about 1/8" to the length. Those threads are 1/2-13.

New Old Stock Ford C4 or C6 transmission modulator valve for 1967-73 Mercury Cougar or 1965-73 Ford and Mustang. Also known as the throttle valve, this valve controls vacuum to the transmission as you press the gas pedal, and it will apply higher control pressure for better quality shifts at higher RPMs. Ford part number C4AZ-7A377-B.

Used servo cover from a 1969-71 Ford C-6 transmission. This cover has the big R cast into it, which designates it as an "R" Intermediate Servo Band Cover. Typically, this cover would be found on U code C6's, from 1968-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs with Q or R code 428CJ engines.
