If you have an early 1969 your hinge was a flexible plastic strip that long ago began to fail. Often you will see generic piano hinge in its place. This is a correct reproduction of the hinge used in the latter part of 69 and all of 70 Cougar and Mustang consoles. Replaces Ford part # C9ZZ-6306050.

This is a very rare find. Grade B used 1969 XR7 / Shelby only.Notice how the three humps stand taller and rounder than the reproduction.
